Hello LCYC Exec,
The next LCYC Exec Meeting will be held on Wednesday, Sept 7, 2022 at 6:30 pm via Zoom.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the following:
1. Preparation for the AGM on October 1, 2022
2. Review of SAGM Minutes (to be sent to senior members with the Notice of Meeting and Executive Reports prior to the AGM)
As this meeting will be the first opportunity to discuss what is to be reported at the AGM, please comment at a high level on what your final reports will eventually include. Final reports will be due to me on September 14th.
